The Cyber Security Apprentice will join the Information Security team to develop practical, hands-on experience across core cyber security domains within a regulated financial services environment. The role is designed to build future cyber capability within Shawbrook by supporting operational security processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of the Bank’s cyber resilience, and developing broad exposure to security operations, governance and risk disciplines. Reporting to the SecOps Team Lead, the apprentice will primarily support day-to-day security monitoring and operational security activities, while undertaking structured rotations across the wider Information Security function. The role will provide exposure to Security Operations (SecOps), Cyber Response and Incident Management, Application Security (AppSec), Security Governance and Risk, Identity and Access Management, and Security Testing and Monitoring
