The Supply Chain Excellence Implementation team requires a Working Student to provide support due to an increase in team responsibilities. This is an entry-level, part-time position within the Transformers Procurement function, designed to offer practical experience in a corporate setting. To address this need, the role will focus on two core areas: Procurement Data Analysis and Process Support. This involves assisting with data collection and reporting, as well as supporting the team with administrative and process improvement tasks under close supervision. Given the focus on analytical and process support, the ideal candidate is a currently enrolled student with an interest in supply chain management, strong organizational skills, and a foundational understanding of data handling, particularly with tools like MS Excel. E xperience with AI tools to enhance task efficiency or support data insights is considered a distinct advantage. * Collection and consolidation of procurement data from various systems, including SAP * Creation and support of basic reports, presentations, and dashboards using Excel and Power BI * Execution of simple market research and data gathering to support sourcing and category management activities * Support of Project Managers in daily business and project activities, including process documentation and standard template creation * Provision of administrative and ad‑hoc support for team meetings and ongoing supply chain excellence and process improvement initiatives
