Key Responsibilities * Records Administration - Organize and maintain the electronic filing system (efile) for all HR documentation * Reward & Recognition Support - Assist with processing compensation adjustments and recognition programs * Verification Services - Respond to employment verification requests promptly and accurately while maintaining confidentiality * Process Management - Handle employee lifecycle agenda, promotions, offboarding, external training award processing with precision and attention to detail * Data Integrity - Ensure HR data accuracy across all systems and platforms via 4eyes check * Query Resolution - Serve as first point of contact for employee HR-related queries, providing timely and accurate information * Other support as needed and required within the daily operation About the Team You'll be joining a dedicated HR team responsible for supporting the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
