This internship will help you grow personally and professionally while providing insights into the oil and gas industry and Weatherford's role in it. What You’ll Do * Receive coaching and mentoring to understand our organization and projects. * Complete internal projects to identify business improvements and critical customer outcomes. * Learn about our systems and processes to assist with project completion. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and network with global business leaders. * Present your project outcomes to the Senior Leadership team. * Provide feedback at the conclusion of the internship. * Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance.

Requirements
