Job Description

Manage incoming mail, including scanning, copying, and distribution Handle outgoing mail, which must be processed as original documentation Support a variety of administrative HR-related tasks across the EMEAI region File HR documents and correspondence, ensuring proper organization and deletion in line with GDPR requirements Support HR-related projects Assist with policy development and related documentation Prepare and distribute reference letters Organize and sort the HR archive in Germany in accordance with GDPR Respond to standard employee tickets via the Danaher Assist system Draft pension- and benefits-related letters Prepare standard confirmation letters for all countries Support ad-hoc requests through Danaher Assist and the EMEA HR mailbox Assist with the onboarding process

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a student at a university or FHH
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Strong ability to plan and manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy, combined with a positive mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to commute to the Darmstadt office in Germany
