As a working student in Learning & Development, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our team by helping colleagues grow and thrive. This role is dynamic, hands-on, and full of opportunities to make a positive impact—even in a fast-paced, evolving environment. In this role, you'll work on key L&D tasks , such as: 🚀 Training Coordination – Organizing and overseeing registration for trainings and learning initiatives. 🚀 Research & Insights – Exploring Training Management Systems (TMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to enhance processes and decision-making. 🚀 Resource Organization – Assisting the team with cataloguing learning materials and managing reporting tasks. You’ll join a dynamic international Operations team driven by collaboration and mutual support. Together, we aim to go above and beyond, creating meaningful learning experiences that elevate personal and professional growth.
