




Pioneer AI-driven optimization of office activities Support of projects critical to success of Private Cloud Support with coordination tasks of the Office team Effective communication with all stakeholders, including the Private Cloud Leadership team, to ensure transparency and alignment Ensure upkeep of various business assets relevant for daily office activities Maintain the knowledge base of the Program Office and the content specific needs of the project(s), which includes all project documentation, meeting minutes, decisions, and changes Engage with internal stakeholders to collect regular updates on key initiatives and to provide feedback Coordinate internal requests and support with efficient expert involvement Any other ad-hoc support as required by the Office team
