Additionally, you will collaborate with the digital marketing team to enhance social media performance and CRM activities. Your Impact * Manage the editorial calendar for distributor social media, sharing master plans and content assets. * Oversee the evaluation, feedback, and approval process for localized content. * Support distributors in resolving social media-related issues and challenges. * Collaborate with the digital marketing team on social advertising, performance, CRM, and other digital activities. * Define and implement learning and development plans for distributors. * Coordinate the production and post-production of social media content with external suppliers. * Align editorial plans with Go-To-Market strategies to meet communication and business objectives. * Develop and execute social media strategies for B2B and trade marketing activities. * Manage social media interactions with consumers and B2B clients to build community and create business opportunities. * Analyze social media conversations and support the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
