Job Description

As a member of the team, you will participate in all aspects of the origination and execution of transactions. The core tasks include: * Support the team on debt advisory transactions; * Produce marketing materials and pitches for new deal opportunities; * Perform financial modelling.

Requirements

  • Studying towards a master's degree at a leading school or university, ideally in finance
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills are mandatory
  • demonstrated capabilities in financial modelling is a strong asset
  • Knowledge of Pitchbook, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Factset or others financial databases are appreciated
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Previous internship in relevant connected fields (investment banking, private equity, audit, etc.) would be appreciated, although not a prerequisite
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Display great motivation
  • Embrace an entrepreneurial team spirit
  • Be an enthusiastic team-player, curious and eager to learn
