Job Description

As a member of the team, you will participate in all aspects of the origination and execution of transactions. The core tasks include: * Support the team on debt advisory transactions; * Produce marketing materials and pitches for new deal opportunities; * Perform financial modelling.

Requirements

Studying towards a master's degree at a leading school or university, ideally in finance
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills are mandatory
demonstrated capabilities in financial modelling is a strong asset
Knowledge of Pitchbook, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Factset or others financial databases are appreciated
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Previous internship in relevant connected fields (investment banking, private equity, audit, etc.) would be appreciated, although not a prerequisite
Fluency in French and English
Display great motivation
