Are you a student of Educational Sciences, Learning & Development or Educational Sciences and do you want to make an impact in a complex organisation? Do you want to learn how strategic themes such as Business Process Management (BPM) are translated into effective learning solutions for professionals? Then this internship at ABN AMRO is for you. As an intern Learning & Development you will work on the (further) development of education about Business Process Management, from training courses and learning paths to short knowledge videos. You help us to make complex BPM concepts understandable, applicable and learnable for various roles in the organisation. Within the Center of Expertise Business Process Management (CoE BPM) you work at the intersection of content and learning. Among other things, you concern yourself with: Translating BPM roles and responsibilities into concrete learning objectives and interventions; Contributing to the (further) development of the BPM curriculum and role-specific learning paths; Didactic improvement of existing training materials (videos, presentations and online content); Thinking along about how the BPM method can be explained in an understandable and applicable way; Designing evaluations to measure how effective the learning solutions are. You work closely with BPM experts, but your added value is mainly in how people learn (we do not ask you to become a BPM expert in terms of content).
