During your apprenticeship, you will acquire the professional knowledge and hands-on experience needed for a successful career in IT roles such as infrastructure, security, and compliance. Your tasks will include: · Analyzing and resolving technical issues while providing support for employees and customers. · Setting up and maintaining hardware and software components in line with IT compliance policies. · Planning, installing, and configuring various IT systems to meet organizational needs. · Supporting the administration of cloud environments and servers, ensuring stability and security. · Contributing to IT projects, such as infrastructure expansion or implementing new software and hardware tools. · Assisting with asset management and hardware lifecycle processes to keep systems up to date. · Supporting license management services to ensure compliance and efficiency. · Documenting systems, processes, and changes for transparency and future reference. · Applying fundamental principles of IT security and network architecture in daily tasks. · Developing basic project management skills to organize and execute IT initiatives effectively.
