You will be in charge of developing merchandising tools for stores (visuals, Strips, Module, etc) ; You will take part to the preparation and implementation of the visual merchandising plan and be responsible for different merchandising project on a Benelux scope ; You will analyze data to track the development of various markets and L'Oréal brands ; You will translate data analysis into a clear story and recommendations, ready to present to retailers ; You will provide regular updates and insights to internal teams on retailer, brand, segment, and product performance.
