Are you passionate about content creation, social storytelling, digital trends, and creative communication? Join Agilent's EMEA Marketing Communications (MarCom) team and gain hands-on experience in content development, social media strategy, community engagement, and multimedia storytelling within a global B2B environment. You’ll work alongside experienced marketing and communication professionals, contributing directly to how we shape and share our story and portfolio across the region. As an EMEA Marketing Communications & Content Intern, you will be immersed in the day-to-day activities of the regional MarCom team, including: * Contribute to the EMEA social media core team by proposing creative ideas, supporting community engagement, and helping execute organic content strategies. * Develop engaging content and multimedia assets (social posts, videos, visuals, templates) to support marketing campaigns and digital initiatives. * Analyze social media and content performance, using insights and trends to optimize content and recommend new creative approaches. * Support the evolution of campaign storytelling by experimenting with new formats, tools, and digital trends across channels. * Providing broad project support across internal communications, marketing automation, third-party media, multimedia production, and other MarCom disciplines.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, ideally in the final 1–2 years of study.
  • Understanding of marketing and digital communication fundamentals, with confidence using Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages (German, Spanish, Italian, French) are a plus.
  • Comfortable working with content performance data and interested in developing or applying basic design and video editing skills.
  • Strong passion for social media, digital trends, and creative innovation, with curiosity around AI-powered tools and how they can enhance content and marketing workflows.
  • Self-motivated and well organized, with strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work independently while contributing ideas in a team environment.
