As a BPM Maturity Assessment Thesis Intern, your responsibilities include: * Researching existing Business Process Management (BPM) maturity frameworks and academic literature * Identifying relevant dimensions, qualifications, and indicators to include in the maturity model * Analysing maturity levels currently used within ABN AMRO policies and aligning them with the tool’s structure * Exploring and defining scoring methodologies for maturity assessment results * Developing growth trajectories for each maturity level, including recommended actions to progress to the next stage * Collaborating with departments across the bank to gather insights, input, and practitioner feedback * Testing, validating, and iterating on the maturity model * Presenting findings and delivering clear recommendations for implementation
