Job Description

As a Project Management Intern, you will be part of the Professional Services team, supporting the coordination and delivery of enterprise automation projects for our customers. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and Solution Architects to ensure seamless project execution, clear communication, and outstanding customer outcomes. You will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, documentation, and operational excellence, contributing to the successful delivery of intelligent automation solutions.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and capability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
Familiarity with project management tools (such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project) is a plus.
Previous internship or project experience in an administrative, coordination, or project support role is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly within a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset and comfort in client-facing situations.
