Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Apprentice to join our team specializing in IT Infrastructure Support for our Enterprise Platforms shared service group in UK Darlington. During your apprenticeship with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential! Summary of the course: The Multi Skilled IT Support Apprentice Technician role is a developmental position within the Regional Enterprise Platforms Infrastructure team. During the apprenticeship you will work 5 days per week, inclusive of 1 day per week for study at Middlesbrough College. The working hours are 8am to 16.30pm. On completion of this apprenticeship, you will obtain an Information Communications Technician Level 3 Qualification.

Requirements

GCSE Grade 5 in Math’s, English literature and English language with an all other subjects at a 4 or above (Essential)
A keen desire to learn and work in a professional IT environment focusing on starting your career.
Ability to work as part of a team as well as working on your own.
Good listening as well as communication skills are essential.
Able to use MS Office (Excel, Word + Powerpoint) applications to an intermediate level.
