





The Resource will be supported by the Tutor and will have the opportunity to get in touch with all the main activities related to Pharma Commercial Excellence area. Key responsibilities for this role include:◦ Support the definition and analysis on KPIs on Sales Force activities to facilitate decision making and action plans;◦ Support in developing and implementing analysis on performance with internal and external sales data at territorial level, leveraging advanced analytics tools (e.g. PowerBl);◦ Cooperate with other company areas like Financial Department and Marketing; support in sales presentations to Management Team;◦ Support in the management of incentive plans, in terms of definition of targets and monitor of achievements;◦ Support in CRM management and maintenance and in ensuring effective use of CRM by Sales Reps;
