Job Description

GM-HR Hub Continental Europe is responsible for delivering and advising on HR processes and products in more than 9 branches and DTCs based in Europe. We are also acting as a global functional leader within the GM-HR function in the European subsidiaries. This means taking care of approximately 3.000 employees based in 11 countries. The HUB is based in Prague; however, the team is present in most of the locations. We are looking for a new colleague to join our team as an HR Trainee. Your tasks * Learning about different HR functions – mainly with focus on Talent Management for Continental Europe * Collaborate on talent development projects, such as designing training programs or employee upskilling initiatives across Continental Europe * Executing daily operations business in dedicated HR areas * Maintaining HR SharePoint for Continental Europe * Contribute to the design and implementation of digital HR and Talent Management solutions

Requirements

  • University degree (at least Bachelor), no longer than 2 years after graduation
  • Previous work experience in Human Resources or theoretical knowledge from university about HR is an advantage
  • Deeper knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables etc.), other applications such as Power BI is an advantage
  • Team spirit and desire to learn more about HR processes
  • Proficiency in Czech and English written and oral, any other European languages are an advantage
