Our Regional Customer Support Center in Mannheim is responsible for technical and application customer service for Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Greece and Turkey. In this internship you will be part of a highly qualified team of product specialists and experience the interface between technology, IT, natural sciences and medicine. In the Customer Support Center you will help to support our laboratory systems for medical diagnostics. You will learn more about the daily business of the international Customer Support Center, including the coordination of the hotline and trainings for our customers in laboratories and hospitals in seven European countries. You will be warmly welcomed into the team right from the start and will gain exciting insights into various areas. The focus is to guarantee a constant learning effect and challenge you while also offering the opportunity to contribute your own ideas.
