







Support the planning and organization of events (virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats), from preparation to execution. Support PR activities, including media outreach, creation of press materials, and coordination with external partners Interact with internal and external stakeholders (vendors, venues, agencies, media contacts) to ensure smooth execution of PR and event initiatives. Assist with event logistics, including registrations, attendee communications, and on-site support. Conduct market research to identify PR and event opportunities in the DACH and Netherlands markets. Support the creation of PR and event-related content and materials (e.g. press releases, presentations, invitations) in collaboration with the Marketing, Sales and Content teams. Assist with post-event and PR reporting, including gathering feedback, tracking results and compiling reports. Help maintain budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness. Provide administrative and operational support to the team as needed.
