You will support the Core Team/Office Team of the Unit Social Responsibility, Inclusion & Communities in the People & Culture (P&C) Board Area of SAP. You will help bring high visibility strategic topics to life across the organization. Your work will contribute to clear communication, effective coordination, and smooth execution of initiatives that impact employees and leaders globally. * Support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic projects and team initiatives * Prepare communications such as draft messages, PowerPoint slides, summaries, and talking points * Conduct research and gather input for projects related to employee engagement, social responsibility, and leadership communication * Help maintain editorial calendars, event plans, and documentation * Coordinate meetings, track deadlines, and support day-to-day project management tasks * Assist with internal stakeholder alignment by preparing materials and ensuring smooth information flow
