We are seeking an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial Associate to our Founding Team to join our mission and to help us develop Mycolever to the next level. You will be working directly with the founders and gain a complete view of the venture development from tech to business. We learn, grow, and have a great time doing it.What the job involves:Be a true entrepreneur and help build a company from day 1.Learn what it means to be a founder by working directly with our founding team.Support the founders in daily tasks and help position Mycolever as a market leader.Engage in the implementation of our go-to-market strategy through e.g. business case validation, expert interviews, marketing and sales projects, and product launch preparations.Address challenges related to process and operational scalability, such as preparing product launches, building sales processes, supporting marketing activities, supporting project management, etc.Contribute to product development activities, whether in software development or biotech process scale-up.Assist the founders in navigating the fundraising process, from defining strategies to managing investor relations and mastering the perfect pitch.
