We work with a wide range of clients advising on their property portfolios and managing projects and transactions and due to our continued growth and success, we’re excited to invite a talented Graduate Building Surveyor to join our dynamic Building Surveying team in Reading. As a Graduate Building Surveyor at Ridge, you’ll gain hands-on experience working on prestigious projects and core building surveying instructions. Our work spans a variety of sectors including residential, education, industrial, and commercial developments. You’ll be involved in a wide range of services such as: * Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) surveys * Pre-acquisition Building Surveys * Design and Contract Administration * Schedules of Condition * Schedules of Dilapidations * Reinstatement Cost Assessments You’ll also collaborate with an impressive client base, including major retailers, local authorities, museums, universities and colleges and property investors.
