Job Description

Support daily OTC operations, including cash application, invoicing, and customer account management. Support month-end closing activities , including reconciliation of accounts . Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the OTC cycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams Ensure 100% data accuracy in all applied system.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Strong problem-solving skills .
Fluent in Polish (both spoken and written) .
English at a communicative level to interact with international teams and stakeholders.
