


As part of the Estée Lauder EUEM Marketing team, the intern will support the brand Trade Marketing and Retail Experience plans across all the EUEM region (Europe Middle East Africa, India and Emerging Markets), and coordinate projects with key retailers. On your respective category and supporting your Marketing Manager you will: Work on Key EMEA Retailers differentiation plans through offers, sets, promo, assortments, activations and trade slots Help coordinate discussions with Key Retailers and prepare meetings Help coordinate discussions between Estée Lauder EMEA region and local markets regarding Trade and Retail Experience Analyze Distribution performance through specific KPIs and follow distribution plans. Help the Marketing Team to prepare VM and Trade briefs for seasonal campaigns Support the preparation of New Launches Go To Market Launchbooks. Work on plannograms for each Estée Lauder Categories Support the Education team with specific projects, Retail Experience, Events and monitor performance with monthly reports.
