Support and work alongside the team throughout all phases of fundraising and investment processes (screening, preliminary analysis, financial modelling, Due Diligence, contract negotiation, and deal closing). As a member of the investment team, the selected candidate will gain exposure to and participate in all stages of the investment cycle, supporting the Hospitality team mainly in the following areas: * Assistance in fundraising processes * Identification of trends and potential new investment opportunities * Pipeline monitoring and follow-up * Market research and analysis of relevant information * Preparation of comparable company/transaction analyses * Development of financial models to assess investment feasibility, including LBO, DCF, sum-of-the-parts, and multiple-based valuation analyses, among others * Analysis and preparation of investment documentation, as well as presentations and materials for the Board and Investment Committees * Participation in Due Diligence processes * Ongoing monitoring of the performance of completed investments
