As a Conversion Engineering Intern, you will be part of our team, driving operational excellence and manufacturing efficiency. From day one, you will have the opportunity to: * Collaborate with our conversion team in adapting, optimizing, and changing processes and production lines to manufacture our different products, formats, or recipes without losing efficiency, quality, or food safety. * Contribute to the rigorous compliance with Quality and Food Safety, People Safety, and Environmental Protection standards. * Actively participate in focused continuous improvement teams, applying and learning methodologies such as Lean - Six Sigma and IL6S (Integrated Lean Six Sigma). * See how your ideas and efforts translate into concrete optimizations and improvements in our production processes.
