What roles are we hiring for? - Student Services Coordinator / Manager - Student Welfare Coordinator / Manager - Residence Coordinator / Manager - Activities & Events Coordinator / Manager Responsibilities Overview Student Experience, Welfare & Safeguarding - Support student wellbeing, welfare and safeguarding at all times - Act as a trusted point of contact for student queries, concerns and day-to-day needs - Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and emergencies, in line with EF procedures - Support homesick or vulnerable students and ensure safeguarding concerns are shared with relevant staff Teamwork, Leadership & Communication - Delegate tasks, create rotas where applicable and contribute to staff briefings - Work closely with managers and across departments to ensure clear communication - Promote a strong “one team” culture across school operations Administration & Customer Service - Deliver outstanding customer service at all times - Support arrivals, departures, reception duties and student onboarding - Maintain accurate records, schedules, attendance logs and reports - Assist with feedback collection, student satisfaction follow-ups and general enquiries Activities & Events - Plan, promote, and deliver engaging activities, events and excursions - Ensure activities are safe, inclusive, well communicated and delivered to a high standard - Support large-scale events and contribute creatively to the overall student experience - Liaise with suppliers and support logistics for trips and events Residential & Operational Support - Support the smooth running of student residences, including arrivals, departures, curfews and weekend operations - Assist with room checks, building standards, safety procedures and fire evacuations - Handle residence-related queries, supplier issues and last-minute changes - Help maintain a safe, welcoming and well-organised living environment
