Requirements

Coordination des différents intervenants (prestataires, partenaires, fournisseurs)
Suivi des plannings, budgets et rétroplannings
Contribution à la communication événementielle (supports, invitations, réseaux sociaux…)
Aide à la logistique le jour J
Étudiant(e) en Chargé(e) de projet événementiel, MBA Communication & Événementiel ou formation équivalente
Passionné(e) par l’événementiel et la com’
Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et doté(e) d’un bon sens des priorités
Créatif(ve), curieux(se) et plein(e) d’idées
À l’aise à l’oral, sociable et fan du travail en équipe
