Tradewind Recruitment are in partnership agreements with two groups of SEND Schools and we are currently seeking flexible and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis within our SEND Schools across Teesside. You will be supporting pupils aged 2-19 who are autistic or have profound, moderate, severe or complex learning difficulties. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a passion for inclusive education who want to gain experience across different year groups and work with children with special educational needs. The role will involve: * Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils * Assisting with learning activities and adapting materials to meet pupil needs * Supporting children with their social and emotional development * Helping to implement Educational health care plans (EHCPs) and behaviour strategies * Working closely with class teachers and the wider SEND teams
