We're looking for a working student who wants more than a coding job. You'll work alongside a Senior Engineering Manager, experiencing what it takes to lead software engineering teams at a global scale. You'll contribute to real decisions, build AI and data tools that improve how we manage our teams, and connect technical skills to the people side of software development.

Requirements

Studying Computer Science or a related field, with at least one year remaining
Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
Hands-on programming experience and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, MCP)
