Insights Trainee is accountable for supporting the marketing team on consumer, markets trends-driven, opportunity identification and development of marketing strategies & programs to drive profitable volume growth for our brands.
Requirements
Actively studying a Master´s in Marketing, Market Research, Finance, Sociologist
Availability to sign an agreement through University (convenio de Beca)
Fluent in Spanish and English
High level of alertness and curiosity towards trends, brands, consumer insight/ behaviors/ passion points
Good analytic skills
Advance usage of Excel and Power Point.
Orientation to problem solving beyond conventional wisdom. Generating creative solutions.
Good Communication and Presentation Skills
Writing (ability to capture information and present it in a structured logical way that helps readers arrive to a desired conclusion
Ability to generate close and honest relationships with other areas in the company
