As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Working Student in People Operations who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to get hands-on with real HR work from day one. If you're studying something related to HR, Business, or a similar field and want to gain meaningful experience in a fast-growing international company — we'd love to meet you.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a degree program in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field
able to work 20 hours per week alongside your studies
Fluent in both English and German
confident in reading and writing in both English and German, especially when it comes to formal documents and correspondence
Organised and reliable
take ownership of your tasks
pay attention to detail
follow through
Tech comfortable
at ease with tools like Excel or Google Sheets
open to picking up new systems like Workday
Good communicator
express yourself clearly and professionally in both German and English, whether that's written or in conversation
