Job Description

Planning and performing proteome analyses in cooperation with the BMFTR funded I-CHECK-HEART Consortium: Method development to quantify very low-concentrated proteins in human blood plasma, e.g. using targeted LC-/MS/MS methods to detect interleukins Continuous development of existing methods and procedures for use in the joint project Evaluation, analysis, and visualization of data Documentation of laboratory work Collaboration with other project partners and regular presentation of results

Requirements

Masters, Diploma or equivalent degree in in a scientific field (e.g. biology, chemistry, physics) or related subject (i.e. Pharmacy, Food Technology)
Experience in a laboratory environment, ideally in the field of bioanalytics
Preferably experience in the development of targeted LC–MS/MS methods
Strong communication skills, organisational talent and a solution-oriented way of working
Confident use of MS Office
Willingness to travel on business
Very good written and spoken English; German an advantage
