In this professional internship position, we offer you the opportunity to join and support the Global Program Management Office team of our Business Unit. As the PMO team, we are responsible to define global processes and oversight their deployments across the BU as well as support data integrity and proper performance reporting across TTT BorgWarner plants. You will be part of a multicultural global team and support on its diverse and interesting range of activities. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in program management analytics, KPI governance, and digital process improvement in a global automotive organization. During this internship you will also gain exposure to the Product Development Process (PDP) and the industrialization process in the automotive industry, understanding how new products are developed and launched across global manufacturing plants.
