







As an intern in the Employee Branding team, you will provide support across a variety of creative and operational activities, including: * Content Creation: Support the creation of promotional content for internal channels and social media (texts, visuals, simple layouts). * Campaign Support: Assist in preparing and sharing communication materials for ongoing marketing and employer‑branding campaigns. * Event Concepts: Contribute ideas and help develop creative concepts for internal events and communication initiatives. * Event Coordination: Support the planning, organization, and on‑site implementation of internal events (logistics, materials, coordination with stakeholders). - * Social Media Assistance: Help draft posts, gather visuals, and monitor engagement for company channels (guidance provided). * Internal Communication: Prepare short messages, updates, and announcements for employees. * Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing & Communication team and other departments to gather information and support projects. * Administrative Support: Assist with basic tasks such as scheduling, updating trackers, and preparing presentations. This role offers a dynamic environment where you can develop both creative and organizational skills while contributing to meaningful employee experiences. A mentor will support you to gradually take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
