We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented working student to join our software qualification team. The objective of this role is to support and expand our testing efforts to ensure the functional and non-functional aspects of our conga-zones, congatec’s Real-Time Hypervisor. Your tasks: * Prepare the test hardware platforms (x86 PCs) with required general purpose operating systems (Linux and/or Windows) * Modify the Hypervisor configuration with one or more real-time operating systems (RTOS) depending on the required scenario * Execute manual and automated tests on multiple test platforms according to described test specification * Update and maintain existing test cases based on updated product requirements * Identify and describe bugs and issues using our issue management system, ensuring clear communication with the development team * Support our engineers in evaluating and preparing new test setups, test environments, and test tools
