Global Legal Internship | Start date: June | 6 months | Milan For our Milan office, Amplifon is looking for a talented individual to join the team! We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our Group Legal Department. In this role, you will support the team across a broad range of legal activities, gaining exposure to commercial contracts, corporate governance and day-to-day legal advisory in an international and fast-paced environment. Does the opportunity sound interesting to you? We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1. In this role, you will support the team in the following activities: * Drafting and reviewing of national and international commercial contracts, including (but not limited to): supply, services, distribution, NDA, consultancy agreements * Support in day-by-day legal advisory on civil and commercial law matters to internal stakeholders * Support in corporate law and company secretarial activities (e.g. corporate documentation, governance processes, reporting duties, etc.) * Legal research on a wide range of topics (civil, commercial, regulatory) * Support in the preparation of legal memos and opinions * Interaction with different business functions (e.g. Finance, Marketing, IT, HR) and coordination with external legal counsel, where needed
