You’ll get to: • analyze the competitive landscape to derive actionable recommendations for product strategy and positioning • support agile, continuous development of new products, product enhancements, processes, and strategic initiatives • design innovative, customer-centric pension solutions and journeys that deliver exceptional value • support product communication and sales activation campaigns to strengthen market impact • collaborate within cross-functional teams in an agile pod environment to achieve shared goals

Requirements

completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree
graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
