




Insights in the commercial strategy of the Cosmetics group of LVMH, world leader in luxury Knowledge of commercial and retail objectives and processes Awareness of the relations between the field teams and the internal team of the house Parfums Christian Dior Development in analytical skills and acquiring commercial and retail knowledge Development in administrative and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, diverse automatic Retail Tools,…) Experience in time & priority management, autonomy, multi-tasking in a changing environment WHAT WILL YOU DO: Support in preparation and follow up of documents for Sell Out Reporting, Fieldmapping and Visit Reports Support the Retail Management Team in preparing and analysing returns on Retailtainment/Trade animations Report Competitors & Dior trade actions Collect data (product presentations & product information) from different departments for bi-monthly commercial counter plan Create seasonal order forms for retailer Regular visits to Point of Sales to check merchandising and report in Simplifield (Merchandising Reporting Tool) Regular visits to the Point of Sales to understand operational processes, customer journey and consumer behaviour Support the Retail Managers in forecasting nouveautés Assist in Wardrobe & Grooming administration Assist in incentives program for Sell Out teams
