To strengthen our team, we are looking a as of now for Working Student (m/w/d) International Office * Frankfurt * 01.05.2026 * Student Assistant * limited * Support for various activities in the field of student mobility (preparing welcoming sessions, checkingagreement documents) and for the Erasmus+ programme and other funding projects (e.g. preparation of Erasmus agreements andscholarship agreements, reviewing documents, ensuring compliance with documentation standards) * Administration of different databases * Communication with incoming and outgoing students, including bulk emailing * Research on various topics related to exchange programmes * Assist with on and off campus events hosted by International Office * General organizational and administrative support

Requirements

Enrolled student (f/m/d) of economics or social sciences
Fluency in English (written and oral), strong command of German, additional languages are a plus
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
Prior international experience or experience working in higher education administration is a plus
Prior personal experience with the Erasmus+ programme is a plus, as well
