Short-form video editing for social media & our own channels Editing and adapting social and performance video ads for paid campaigns across multiple platforms Plenty of variety: talking heads, voiceovers, slideshows, thumbnails – plus your ideas to boost reach even further Your own shoots with camera or smartphone – right where the weather is happening

Requirements

Completed training or a degree – or you convince us with your experience and portfolio
Top-notch video editing skills (cutting, motion, sound) – ideally also experience in filming and in developing concepts for short-form videos
Proven experience creating high-performing video ads with a strong focus on attention, hooks, and conversions.
A creative eye for storytelling, trends & viral formats
Solid command of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Premiere Pro & After Effects) and openness to new tools & AI
