Unterstützung des M&A-Teams bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Transaktionen Durchführung von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Branchenanalysen Erstellung und Pflege von Finanzmodellen und Business Cases Aufbereitung von Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für interne und externe Stakeholder Koordination mit externen Beratern, Anwälten und Finanzinstituten Datenraum-Management inklusive Dokumentenprüfung und Versionskontrolle Teilnahme an M&A-Meetings sowie Protokollführung Mitwirkung bei Post-Merger-Integrationsthemen und Synergie-Tracking

Requirements

laufendes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finance, Controlling, Accounting oder vergleichbar, mindestens im 3. Semester
Erste Einblicke in Corporate Finance, M&A oder Unternehmensbewertung
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel, PowerPoint und MS Teams
