He/She assists in the inspection of guest rooms, public areas and outdoor areas of the property, and requests any necessary corrective actions from room attendants, housemen and public area attendants through the external contractor’s supervisors. He/She supports the Executive Housekeeper in improving guest satisfaction and ensuring compliance with the department’s budget.
