Job Description

You’re the front line of our sales team. You convert prospects into qualified pipeline, craft smart outreach, and bring logistics decision-makers to the table — using automation and AI tooling. You’ll learn how modern B2B sales actually works. * Identify and qualify new leads in the logistics sector. * Build smart outbound sequences using AI tools & agents. * Engage via phone, email, messenger — whatever gets replies. * Book demos for our Account Executives and track outcomes. * Keep our CRM (Pipedrive) tight and clean. * Feed back what messaging sticks and what needs fixing.

Requirements

  • You’re currently studying — and hungry to learn by doing.
  • You like talking to people and don’t panic when calling strangers.
  • You get sh*t done without micromanagement.
  • German fluent, English strong.
  • Bonus: interest in startups/SaaS/logistics — mindset > background.
  • You love celebrating success with a young, ambitious team 🍻
