Your future team: The Sales & Customer Excellence team is part of Digital Innovation and Commercial Systems, is responsible for the MS365 Dynamics platform, covering CRM, CPQ and Marketo and performing related development & innovations within the entire ROCKWOOL Group. Along with the ongoing projects, DevOps team is looking for an Intern who will support the team in improving the data process flow & quality, learn, assist, and propose improvements of the process in the CRM platform and support the team with development & support. What you will be doing: In this trainee position you will have an opportunity to get hands-on experience and learn how to: * Work with the cloud solution, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the related configurations & integrations in global perspective, * Support international team members in operational & development tasks, * Achieve sprint goals by working in an Agile approach, * Analyze and report on requests, * Prepare & Update technical and functional documentation, * Maintain users & licenses, * Maintain data, * Collaborate with worldwide users, * Use your communication and teamwork skills.
