As a Strategy & Project Management Intern , you’ll work directly with the manager of our Insurance and Carbon Compensation verticals in 3 different countries, and contribute to the exploration and launch of new markets and products . Your responsibilities : You’ll take part in a wide variety of projects — from strategic analysis to operational execution — and gain transversal exposure to business, data, and product challenges. Your role will include: Supporting ongoing operations and business development for existing verticals through data analysis, process optimization, and performance improvement . Continuously identifying opportunities to improve product performance and internal processes. Driving strategic studies and business plans for new verticals , from market research to P&L modeling and small-scale pilot tests. Coordinating multi-team launches by aligning Data, Product, CRM, and Operations teams around clear goals and frameworks. Participating in the creation of scalable models and long-term management structures once launches are complete .
