Job Description

As a developer (f/m/d) in the user assistance (technical writing) team, you will develop internal tools based on LLMs on SAP Business Technology Platform. The tools will boost the productivity of user assistance developers and improve the quality and consistency of our user interfaces, help documentation, and other deliverables. You will create prototypes and turn them into tools that the wider community can use. In our team, you will be part of our User Assistance (UA) developer team and will learn how advancements in generative AI and large language models streamline our processes – and contribute to a great UA developer experience. You will work together with the most AI-savvy colleagues in user assistance in SAP Supply Chain Management and help scale our tools.

Requirements

Master student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
Preferred fields of study: computer science
JavaScript, Python, APIs, and deep knowledge and interest in Generative AI and Large Language Models
fluent in English and German
team player, can work individually
interest in user experience design and software telemetry
Working from Garching office is required
