Job Description

Working directly within the CEO Office , the Founders Associate Intern will act as a force multiplier for Biorce’s leadership. This is a high-impact, 3-6 month "chief of staff" style internship designed for an ambitious individual who wants to see how a high-growth AI company is built from the inside. You will tackle a mix of strategic and commercial projects , moving between high-level analysis and hands-on execution to drive organisational velocity.

Requirements

Current student or recent graduate from a top-tier university (Business, Engineering, or Sciences preferred).
Ability to process large amounts of information and create structured, logical outputs.
Proficient in using the latest AI tools (Lovable, n8n, etc.) both to accelerate your own work but also for building internal tools and automations.
A "no task too small" attitude with the ability to build structure in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface with senior stakeholders.
A deep interest in AI, Clinical Trials, and the future of Healthcare.
Ambition and grit are more important than ticking boxes.
